Very poor service. Messages sent are not replied on time . Customer cannot call Entrego. Entrego will not call customer if package is on its way for delivery.
I have been waiting for my Package to be delivered for the 3rd time (sept1, Sept 2, sept4) , 3 consecutive days in a row, 3 delivery attempts as stated in your system. This is my 3rd day staying at home, not being able to do work.
How come you would say delivery attempt failed when no delivery guy, no delivery truck, no delivery motorbike even came to deliver at the address given to you, you just assumed your customer will accept your reason for delivery failure when in fact I was at home waiting for my Package for 3 consecutive days.
Your services is so poor, I have read so many complains in your Facebook reviews. If I could rate your services, it would be negative zero

ENTREGO very lousy service!
Why does BPI insist on using Entrego for their card deliveries? I thought my experience was isolated, but reading all the reviews, complaints online...
it seems there have been too many issues with Entrego.
They do not go the extra mile to deliver. My delivery address is our company address. They didn't even try to get in the building and go to the floor that i indicated. they just indicated that there's no access for them in our building.
And after 3 failed deliveries, they will not re-deliver! And worse, they never updated their online tracker.
The entry in the tracker is still the date that BPI lodged the delivery with them. It's been weeks since :( VERY LOUSY SERVICE.

No physical office and contact number. Automated email and messenger replies. No calls or text from riders/couriers and yet you will be surprised to receive unsuccessful delivery even Complete Address

YES it's all true , the company entrego all their staff & owner are all scammers, they do not really deliver the goods, mine was requested nov29 dec02, failed. another request made for delivery dec07 today dec27, no shadow of a delivery man ever showed up. ENTREGO SHOULD BE SHUTDOWN
